Picture of the Kids

I am doing a Super Saturday Project in October so I needed some picture for it. Here are the attempts at good pictures that I took. I know in the future I will look at these and laugh. I love kids in their true form.

My Mom

Today we went by the cemetary to see my mom's headstone. It was a different experience seeing it there with her name on it instead just dirt. I try to be brave and not cry but I don't know why. I don't need to feel embarrassed because I need to let my sadness show. It still doesn't feel real. I know I haven't seen her or talked to her and I know she is gone but it isn't real. There are times that I am just mad that she died and that it isn't fair. I never thought she would die from cancer but she did. I don't know that it will ever seem real but I can say that life is not the same withour her.

It's School Time

Don't they look thrilled to start school. Jenna was the only kid that was excited even though she has a silly face. All the boys were sick over the weekend and Lance woke up taking him temperature hoping he could stay home. Caleb isn't in the picture because he is still sick. Garrett is in 8th, Lance is in 6th, Caleb is in 4th and Jenna in Kindergarten.
My big Kindergartener. She has been waiting a long time to go to school like her brothers and friends.

We love living close to the school. It takes about 5 minutes to walk.

Jenna was so excited to walk with Morgan.

Jenna has Ms. Brown and we are so excited. We have heard many good things about her.

I was so sad to leave her but she will do great.
