M*A*S*H

Garrett has discovered M*A*S*H. It is pretty funny to me. I never really watched the show but every man I know has watch it and loves it. I grew up with my dad and brother watching it all the time. John told me he watched growing up as well. Now I have found another fan. He thinks it is funny and has watched it everyday this week.

Garrett's First Band Concert

Garrett had his 1st band concert last night. He did a great job. He started playing the trumpet this year and loves it. I am so proud of him and his hard work with learning the music. They all did great.

It Came OFF!!

Today was a big day in our home. A day we have been counting down to. What is the big deal you ask. The big deal is that Jenna got her cast off today. She has been asking everyday how much longer. They did an x-ray and said it looked great. We need to stay off bikes, jumping, climbing, and heights for a few weeks but other that that she is free. She was so happy. She still has a hard time using it and she keeps saying it feels weird. She also doesn't like the color of her arm, the dead skin that couldn't naturally come off while in the cast. Boy, did her arm stink and there is still a ton of dry skin coming off 3 hrs later. We are grateful for her doctors and that her arm healed so well. Hopefully this type of problem won't happen again. Now it is time to go play in the water.

Chipped Tooth

Briauna cause a lot of excitement around our house. Last Friday she was playing out front on our chairs and bumped her mouth and now we have a chipped tooth. The dentist said it looked ok . And that we could fix it if we wanted but he suggested we do it when she is much older. So we get to live with a chipped tooth.

Boys Will Eat Anything

It is popcorn John threw out for the dogs. They must have been hungry.

First Visit to the Splash Pad

It is HOT! So we took a trip to the splash pad across the street. It was fun but poor Jenna had to be a spectator. The cast will be off soon so then she can enjoy the fun.

Spirit Week 2009

The boys had Spirit week a few weeks ago and I am now just writing about. It was fun and they were excited to participate.

Monday: Crazy Hair Day

The boys didn't participate for two reasons. One was they have very short hair with little to be able to work with and two, Caleb had a field trip so no crazy hair at the zoo.

Tuesday: Jersey Day

Thanks to my friend Kim the boys were able to wear jerseys.

Wednesday: Mismatch Day

The funny thing about the clothes they wore was it is a normal outfit for them.

Thursday: Twin Day

Lance was twins with Broedy. Caleb was twins with Seth and Garrett was twins with Christian.

Friday: Favorite Color Day
They just wore shirt that we one basic color. Not a lot of thought involved with this day.
