Student of the Month

Lance and Garrett got student of the month in October. They hold a special breakfast of donuts and juice for them on a Friday morning. They were happy that it was special for them and no other siblings went.

Happy Halloween

This year for Halloween we had many activities to attend. We started out with our church party which was very fun. I planned on Briauna being Snow White but she cried because the costume was itchy. She smiled so pretty for me so I could at least get a picture of her in the costume.

Can you tell the difference in the smile. She wanted to be a ballerina. Jenna was a cheerleader.

The boys were playing with little kids waiting for the party to start.

Garrett was assigned a booth to run. He loved it.

The next activity we attended was a community festival put on by a community church.

Caleb had a real costume this time. He did end up changing before because he was afraid no one else would dress up.

All the kids had fun and loved the candy they got.

Briauna is getting so big. She had to try all the booths.

Jenna had fun as well.

We saw many friends and neighbors. Here we are with the Huxels and the Truslers.

Briauna loved the chicken game.

Halloween was on Sunday so we didn't do the usual trick or treating.
We did pass out candy and carved the pumpkin. Caleb and Jenna did most of it and Briauna wanted nothing to do with it.

Halloween Concert

Garrett has played the trumpet since 6th Grade and has many concerts. I have such a hard time. getting a good picture of him. This year they played some fun songs with fog smoke and lights. He is doing really well and enjoys playing. Here are some ok pictures I got.

Honor Roll

Garrett and Lance made the honor roll for the first semester. They had an awards assembly to recognize the kids. I am so proud of them and their hard work.

The Children's Museum of Phoenix

Today I got to chaperon Jenna's first field trip. We went to the children's museum. I was with 4 girls which was so fun. Jenna also got to ride the bus for the first time. She was so excited.

Jenna and Rikki are best friends. They were so happy to be together.

Our first stop was the art room. They made spider hats.

Next we went to the noodle forest.

The sand table was pretty fun.

They loved the market.

Jenna got tired really fast trying to ride her friends around.

We are ready to go home after a day of fun. The girls were awesome.

Fun with Friends

Today we went to play some friends at an indoor play area. I made all the kids go and they even had fun. We missed a crazy storm with big hail that left several dent and a broken side mirror in John's car Briauna loved the fish tank.

Garrett was up in the tree house.

Lance kept begging for money that I didn't have so he could eat.
