Movie in the Park

On Friday a community church put on a movie in the park activity. We watched Kung Fu Panda, at popcorn ,and had popsicles. It was a beautiful night and we had a lot of fun.

We went with our neighbors.

They had coloring activities and crafts for the kids to do until it got dark ebough to watch the movie.

Diamondbacks vs Padres

Caleb is really interested in baseball since our camp out. John was invited to a Diamondbacks game and was given 2 tickets. He thought it would be a perfect activity to do with Caleb. Their tickets were in the suites behind home plate. They had so much fun. They got to eat popcorn, chicken wings, soda, and hot dogs. Caleb chose to have a foam finger for a souvenir. He said he could chose between a hat or the foam finger and he thought the finger was a zillion times better. It was a late night but they had fun.

Camping

We went camping with our ward in Flagstaff. It was a lot of fun even with the rain. I am sure glad we brought extra clothes and jackets. Friday it rained quite a bit and Saturday in sprinkled on and off. It was beautiful weather. I am not much of a camper but the kids loved it.

Everyone was envious of John bright yellow rain gear. It is ugly but at least he was dry.

Of course everyone got treasures.Garrett was one of the oldest kids at the camp out so he enjoyed helping out with the games.Briauna wasn't sure on the leash and the hood on her jacket.Briauna loved cooking her marshmallow. Don't worry I was right there making sure she didn't stab herself or fall in the fire.This is the famous point that Briauna does when she wants something. It will be nice when she decides to talk more. I can't always figure out what she wants.Jenna and her friend KirstenHe is so cute when he plays with her.They had several games in the open field. The kids loved all the room to run around and play.You got to love her playing ball with a purse.The kids found a rodent and were so fascinated with it.Lance was on the hunt to help get rid of the rodent.The tree swing was used for hours. The kids loved it.

This is our home for the night. We are too big for one tent. The boys were so gross talking about bodily functions. Hopefully no one around us heard their conversation. I was glad they were in a different tent.

Fun with Friends

I got to watch my friends/family members from Prescott kids on Wednesday. It was also the last day of school so we had a full house. The girls had so much fun and everyone was friends the whole time. We love when they come to play. Hopefully they will come again soon.

Briauna was a good helper

They loved the trampoline even though it was so hot outside.

The playroom is a life saver. It is entertainment and the mess stay in one room.

He Finished 2nd Grade!!!

Caleb's class and the whole 2nd grade went to the park for there end of year celebration. It is so nice to have the park and splash pad next to the school. It gets used a lot. They had a lot of fun running around and being crazy. I think the teachers were just as silly and crazy as the 2nd graders. It has been a great year and it ended with a fun party.
